Hello Divorce
Hello Divorce is an online divorce platform made to help individuals get through a divorce on their terms — quickly and affordably, with less confusion and stress. And does not require a lawyer.

Challenge
The old site had a poor user experience, leading to low conversion rates as many customers abandoned their purchase. The services and plans were unclear, and the available packages and states weren’t easy to find. The client was also dissatisfied with the stock illustrations and imagery.
Solution
I added more CTAs above the fold and used callouts to improve navigation. My goal was to guide users with clear, helpful information. I incorporated relevant images and icons to reduce confusion and make the content more engaging. Lastly, I minimized vertical space in widgets to reduce scrolling and fit in more content.

Custom Illustrations
I hand-illustrated each image to portray the “DIY” motif of Hello Divorce. Images including people were cut out and layered to give a collage effect. The Illustrations provide a sense of connectedness to engage users in an authentic manner. They display how uniqueness is valued, respected, and supported at Hello Divorce. Pairing them with photography further enforces a feeling of a humanistic approach and process.
